• Have your results available when you take the assessment and fill in when prompted during the assessment.
• At any time you may enter your numbers by clicking edit profile in the upper right hand corner after signing into your account.

If your location did not offer an onsite screening, or you were unable to attend the onsite screening you can order a Home Test Kit and find out your key health numbers in the convenience of your own home.

You will receive a home test kit in 3-5 days. Please take the test immediately. Results will be available in your Wellness account within 10 days after you send it in.
