Shake Up Your Routine

We all have routines and while rituals are important, daily tasks done without present time consciousness lead to a dulled mental capacity. This week shake up your routine, stay in the present moment and make each choice consciously. For example, try taking a different route to work tomorrow. You may find that your old routines are no longer working to your benefit.
