Don’t let all your hard work at the gym go to waste now that sweatshirts and comfy pants are acceptable everyday-attire. Maintain, don’t gain, this holiday season with some ‘winter-tweaking’.
For this challenge: Do at least 4 things each week that will help you maintain your overall health and weight. A healthy breakfast, a lunchtime workout or just one serving (not seconds or thirds) at the buffet are all good places to start.
