Make it your mission to not get stressed out this winter. Not when you're late for work and the car windshield needs scraping, or when you've been breathing the stale air of malls and shopping centers for four hours straight. Not even when the dog helps himself to the perfectly prepped holiday turkey. Each week, do at least two things that help you to feel balanced and healthy. Why?
