The holidays are here, there's a million (and one) things going on and your in-laws are in town for the week. Take a second, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Ahhh…Deep breathing is an excellent way to decrease stress, slow your heart rate, and lower blood pressure. It also helps to increase your resilience for whatever's around the corner. Every week during this challenge, take time to breathe deeply at least twice each day (or 14 times per week).
