Be Tobacco Free

If you're thinking of quitting, do it! Besides the obvious health benefits from not using tobacco, non-users also enjoy less stress and more energy. Plus, with the money saved from not smoking or chewing (almost $2000 a year for those with a pack-a-day habit) you could compound that bliss and energy with a vacation in the sun.

Your Challenge: Quit Smoking then self attest that you are a non-smoker or be tobacco free for at least six months.

Check out great resources from the American Cancer Society like desktop helpers, a cigarette cost calculator and eCards to support you or someone you know.

After You Quit…
  • 20 minutes - your blood pressure and pulse return to normal
  • 24 hours - your lungs start to clear
  • 48 hours - your taste and smell improve
  • 72 hours - it's easier to breathe and your energy increases
  • 1 year - your risk of heart attack is half that of a smoker
